Repair Process: Cozmo & Vector

ANKI does not run a repair center. Repairs for Cozmo and Vector are done by an independent repair technician, Dennis Hickey. He is independent and is not an ANKI employee. ANKI does not guarantee his work or set his prices. Let's take a look at how repairs take place:

  1. To start a repair, write to Dennis Hickey at icebreakers01@msn.com.
    1. It helps to include:
      1. First and Last Name
      2. Mailing Address
      3. Robot Serial Number (see "How to Find Vector's Serial Number")
      4. Description of issue or symptom
  2. The repair is arranged directly between you and him. This includes the price, payment, shipping and timing.
  3. If you ship your robot, we recommend using a standard shipping box with bubble wrap or other soft materials, rather than using your original packaging. This prevents damage to your original packaging.

Repairs are handled directly with the technician, so ANKI cannot look up the status of a repair. If you ever need to see the status of your repair, please email him directly.

For questions about your ANKI purchase itself, see the ANKI warranty policy and refund policy.

Do you repair Vectors, Cozmos, or OverDrive sets?

No. ANKI does not run a repair center for Vector, Cozmo or OverDrive.
